Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal Under Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at Dropaurax@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

How to Return To initiate a return, email us at Dropaurax@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at Dropaurax@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
